Creating a brand system and interactive touch points for a sustainably-minded residential developer

RNDSQR is a home developer in Calgary’s inner-city that stands out in the market through unparalleled quality of design and vehement consideration for sustainable city planning. We started working with RNDSQR in 2018 to help position their brand far away from the overcrowded competitive landscape at the time.

A website build and significant branding efforts on various mediums and channels contributed to their establishment as one of Calgary’s prolific multi-family home developers.

We designed and built an immersive interactive experience for RNDSQR visitors to explore different building projects through a touch screen TV at their Sales Centre.

BRAND IDENTITY

Each RNDSQR project required its own micro-brand. We created a visual identity hierarchy that aligns each new project with the parent brand.

RNDSQR collaborated with local businesses in a community initiative that helped new residents connect with the neighbourhood.
